How to submit a paper ?
Follow the steps given below:
1. Study the web site thoroughly. Browse the web site periodically for getting updated information.
2. Download guidelines for authors and Paper Template (Model Paper) and use them while preparing your paper. Strictly follow the guidelines
and help us serve you better.
3. Download Student Paper submission form / Contributed Paper submission form as per your category.
4. Click on the item now here Forms to download all relevant forms.
5. Submit your paper (in MS Word 2003 format only) along with the forms using our official e-mail: icscimail@yahoo.com
NOTE:
1. A paper is treated as Student Paper only when all the authors of the paper are regular students of academic institutions carrying out undergraduate
and post graduate study (PhD students do not belong to this category).
2. A paper is treated as Contributed Paper if any one of the authors is a faculty member, PhD student, or a professional.
3. Submission of a student paper should be accompanied by a non refundable evaluation fee of Rs 500/- per paper. This fee has nothing to do with registration fee
4. Submission of a contributed paper should be accompanied by a non refundable evaluation fee of Rs 1000/- per paper. This fee has nothing to do with registration fee
5. A paper submitted without the paper evaluation fee will NOT be accepted for review.
6. Also send two hard copies of your paper along with the paper submission form and the paper evaluation fee in the form of a Demand Draft only
in favor of Pentagram Research Centre Pvt Limited payable at Hyderabad. (Credit Cards are not accepted) to the following address by surface mail.
